Mission Statement
The Environmental Justice Coalition for Water (EJCW) is affiliated with over 60 community-based and non-profit organizations throughout the state, all working on water issues impacting low-income and people of color Californians, both rural and urban. We believe that all Californians have a right to safe, clean and affordable water. Unfortunately, many of our members are denied access to this basic human right. EJCW works to ensure that state funding is equitably allocated and made accessible to underrepresented communities.
